Heres when my trouble began..
I used easy BCD to remove the win xp boot loader (I think) and then I started to get errors Secondary MAster HArd disk error".. I could usually solve this by going into the bios and swapping the order of the two HDDs around but the problem itself would not go away..
I was then offered the advice to format the drive that xp used to be on and install win7 again onto it..Which I (probably foolishly did.. However I still get the same error..I now boot into a fresh version of win 7 and to make matters worse I cant see the other hard drive in either the bios or anywhere in management..
During boot up the computer recognises SAta 1 as a cd sata 3 as a HDD and sata 2 as a hdd, but then it states sata ultra dma mode 5 for the dvd, then sata 3 ultra dma mode 5 for the HDD then after a long pause throws out a "secondary master hard disk error" press f1.. In the Bios I can see secondary IDE MAstwer device = HDD but the rest is empty I cant even see my other HDD..
Help..
