windows freezes after standby

hi all!

sometimes, when i dont use my computer, it automatically goes into standby/sleep mode, so that it saves energy.

whenever i on the computer thereafter, it freezes and i have to use cntrl+alt+dlt to get it back to the start up screen.

i dont know why its been freezing regualarly?

can u please advise me what products i can download to prevent this etc.
