500 GB HDD
ATI RADEON 4870
Intel DH55TC
2GB RAM
Chassis : Colormaster USP 100 Black

And I will turbo clock the CPU and GPU .. so what power supply unit should i buy and should i buy a cooler with this because USP 100 already has a good airflow

And would I be able to play Crysis with this on high settings ???

Based on stock CPU and GPU, you will need at least 315W. You should be fine with a 500-600W.
