These are the specs :

i3 3.06GHz 4MB Cache 2.5GT/s
500 GB HDD
ATI RADEON 4870
Intel DH55TC
2GB RAM
Chassis : Colormaster USP 100 Black

How much Power Supply is recommended for this PC?

And I will turbo clock the CPU and GPU .. so what power supply unit should i buy and should i buy a cooler with this because USP 100 already has a good airflow

And would I be able to play Crysis with this on high settings ???

If you really want a good power supply then readup at this website.

Most 600+ watt PS's will do you fine, but pay attention to the quiet ones. Some PS's make such a god awful racket that i can't stand using them. It just bugs me when i'm playing a game and i can hear the PS racket over the game sounds.

Hi! I think 600W would be more than enough. Any Antec, Corsair, Enermax 450+ will be fine.
