I'm a Sys Admin at my work and I have a user who uses Entourage 2008 to connect to our Exchange 2007 server for e-mail. We are encountering a problem where meetings are starting to disappear from her entourage/outlook calendar without any explanation or reason. We also have a terminal server which runs Outlook 2007 where she usually tries to check her appointment schedule in Outlook to make sure it matches up with her Entourage calendar. She also uses a Iphone with Activesync to our network. Some of her meetings are standing meetings or even meetings that she accepts via her Iphone but does not show up on her entourage calendar or they disappear after accepting them. I am not sure if all three programs are trying to compete for calendar/meeting control.
I am not sure if other users are encountering this same issue or not and I've tried to google this issue with no success. Can someone here point me to the right direction?
