Trojan Can't Boot in Safe Mode

Trying to repair a friends computer with 'Trojan-Spy.HTML.SmitFraud.com' blue screen.

I trying booting is safemode. After clicking on administrator log-on, computer will not finish booting and bring up the desktop.

I can boot in safemode with command prompt.

Thanks for you help.
