Did this happen before your topic with malware or was this a result of one of the steps done there?

OK I read the other topic and it seems something got changed during the last steps.
Lets take a look at your startups and make sure it is enabled.
Lets see what you have in your startup

Please click on
Start and then to Run
Type in msconfig and press Enter
Now click on Startups

To do a screenshot please have click on your Print Screen on your keyboard. It is normally the key above your number pad between the F12 key and the Scroll Lock key
Now go to Start and then to All Programs
Scroll to Accessories and then click on Paint
In the Empty White Area click and hold the CTRL key and then click the V
Go to the File option at the top and click on Save as
Save as file type JPEG and save it to your Desktop

Attach it to your next reply as I would like to see everything that is checked and not checked. If you need to make a second screenshot to get everything.

Hmmm strange no entries for keyboard or touchpad. Please do the following.

  • (for Windows XP users)
  • Please click Start and click Run
(for Windows Vista and 7 users)
  • Please click Start and select the white text box.
  • Type: devmgmt.msc and hit Enter
  • Look for any entries with a Yellow Exclamation Mark or Red X's

WOW that would be great if that is the problem. Great detective work on your part. I will wait for your result to see if it resolved the issue.
