iam trying to instal web cam eye 310 and thise pops up the file 'kstvtune ax, on windows xphome edition servicepack 3 cd is needed i cant find thise file : : anywher and dont own xp repair cd can anyone help please :

You probably need to install Service Pack 3 (SP3) for Windows XP from Microsoft. It's a free download.
Best way for a single-user to get it is by using Windows Update (Internet Explorer must be used for this - other web browsers won't work). Doing it that way the download time will be quicker since it will only include those parts of SP3 which are appropriate for your system.

You can also download SP3 as a big file for installing offline but that will take much longer to download since it includes the whole service pack, much of which won't get installed if you don't need it. That method is intended for companies who need to install it on several computers. However, that's the method I chose because then you can save it on a CD in case you need to install it again or a friend needs it.

Windows Update is in Control Panel (at least it on Vista & 7, don't know about XP).
