Is the page file located on main, C drive, or you moved it for any reason?

am terribly embarassed to admit i have no idea what that is. (therefore i probably didn't move it...)

edit: i googled it, and i certainly did not mess with it. guess it must be on C: unless it migrated of its own accord.

it's ok if nothing comes to mind, it's just really really annoying and thought i might ask in case there's a reasonable explanation for it.

No reason to be embarrassed, but if you don't know what it is, most likely, you didn't move it.

Download Autoruns for Windows: http://technet.micro...s/bb963902.aspx
No installation required.
Simply unzip Autoruns.zip file, and double click on autoruns.exe file to run the program.
Go File>Save, and save it as AutoRuns.txt file to know location.
You must select Text from drop-down menu as a file type:

done. for the record, there was an autoruns.exe and an autorunsC.exe in the zip, and i clicked the former...
