I want to thank you for all your assistance in helping me defeat this thing. My wife and I had just returned from a month long trip and during that time I was using our laptop computer. However, our adult children along with some of our grandchildren had been using our computer at home. My wife said one of them was looking at "dis-reputable" sites! and I replied that I had let our antivirus software lapse, and you can get a virus, or in this case, a “Google Hijacker” from just about anywhere. I shall try to keep the antivirus software up-to-date from now on.
How do I stop the “Geeks to Go” messages I’m getting in email? As you know, I don’t speak “computer” very well, so I won’t be trying to respond to anyone, that’s your specialty. The email subject line is: “Notificación de nueva discusión ( Geeks to Go! ). I certainly don’t want to block “Geeks to Go” from emailing me.
Thanks again for all your assistance! I’ll advertise for you!
