cannot install antivirus program...

I have a problem that i cant install avast 5 antivirus... when i double click the setup... when the select language box out... it jz dissapeared and nothing happen... i try few other installer also like that... and i found that other people also got this kind of problem which is cannot install the antivirus program... so I found a threat at here http://www.geekstogo...-t101732.html... i follow the step until half... i'm stuck... sorry for bumping other ppl threat... erm... one more is I cannot press ctrl+alt+del... if i do so... is said task manager has been disable by administrator??? erm... i think my problem got abit blur because of my bad english... if u all need more infomation... tell me what to do and I will follow the instruction... thank you.......

Since you can't install any AV then I suggest you go to the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal Forum and run all the steps located in the
START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own.
If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post the reguested logs in THAT forum.
If you are unable to run any of the tools then start a new topic in the malware forum and put this in the subject line...I am unable to run any malware tools

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
