Sacred Import Verison

Does anyone have the Import(non-U.S.) version of Sacred???? I purchased this version for the blood and the exploding arrow effect that the Wood Elf is suppose to have. I have the blood part but the exploding arrow is just like the U.S. verison.
(nothing happens)
Any comments????
