I had my computer hooked to our new Sharp cash register to program it. Now the computer won't load windows. I get the option to "last known good configuration" but it goes to the windows screen and does nothing. Don't know what else to try. I can't get to any other screens.

Hi demelias

Will it start in safe mode?

To enter safe mode start tapping the F8 key while the computer is booting up.
This brings you to windows advanced options menu

Try the last known good configuration first.
If that does not work, then try safe mode.
Safe mode loads default drivers. The screens will look different and the screen resolution will be default also.
