I keep trying to install this...

It is a two disc software, but I am never able to begin the install.

Attached is the screen of the error Installer-shield keeps giving me; it is not legible in any way, but I did notice ".msi" ?

I am running Windows XP sp3, and have all the necessary language packs installed.

Any ideas why 1: it is not installing?
2: Why the installer displays gibberish letters?

I also have this software split into two ISO files along with two .MDS files (it is what it originally came as, but I burned the ISO to a DVD)... maybe that could be worked with?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
