Okay, so I think this is the right section?
I think it was a week thursday that my laptop did a automatic update of which I am unsure. It has since been in a update loop, where I cannot access anything. I've just returned from a holiday and left my laptop whilst I was away. I have researched the issue and it seems peopel have had this issue but I cannot find any recent problems. I have tried F8 etc, but I do not have a restore point or recovery disk. I created the vista download disk and tried that but it didn't seem to work. I don't really have much computer knowledge, so I was just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem or knows how I can fix it.

Thank you :]
