somehow sysinternals antivirus software installed itself onto my hp netbook and I am not able to do anything, I can't get onto the internet to download anything, I can't open any programs, I have tried to restore my system but the virus is telling me that everything I try to do is "infected", apparently they dont realize that I know they are the problem!! I can't even find my safe mode! what is going on? how can I fix this?
