Enable true administrator in Windows 7 Home Premium

i have tried several different methods to enable the true administrator, but none seem to work. is it because i'm running Windows 7 Home Premium? is it possible to have true administrator rights in windows 7 Home Premium?

By 'true' Administrator, I guess you mean the admin account that Windows 7 creates by default when installed, as it did with Vista and XP. This account does indeed still exist in Windows 7 but it's hidden. You can enable it by following these instructions:
