Hello, I am building a new computer for the first time and Im not sure what to do after I get everything built and start for first time.
1) Intel Core i5-750 Lynnfield 2.66GHz LGA 1156 95W Quad-Core Processor Model BX80605I5750

2)Intel X25-M Mainstream SSDSA2MH080G2R5 2.5" 80GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

3) Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Assuming everything gets built properly, what you will want to do is install your operating system.

First I usually run a memory diagnostic and also head into the BIOS setup and configure the machine the way I want it.

Then head on over to How To Clean Install and get cracking!
