problem with monitor

hi all my cpu fan is working all the contents are working in cpu but there is no display in the monitor there is a message is coming no signal.
2. i have a overheating problem in the another cpu i have solve the heat problem by using heatsink paste now the fan is working properly but the sound like siren is coming and there is no display in the monitor
