When right clicking I see "FREE PORN GALLERIES". How do I get rid of this?

IF that's all it is then ShellMenuView will let your remove it:

You will have to download, save and unzip it. If you don't have a way to unzip files you can get 7-zip from
http://www.7-zip.org/

There may be more to it tho so see if you can run OTL (Step 5 of http://www.geekstogo...ide-t2852.html) and post (Copy and Paste) the logs.
