i just got a BSoD that said something about ntfs.sys. It didnt say it was corrupted or damaged, because i am still able to run the laptop. this all started happening when my mom agressively and hardly, closed the lid. It randomly shut down after reopening the lid. (i do not have it set to shut down when lid is closed.)

Any help on the BSoD? this is the 2nd one this week. o.0

We're very sorry about the delay. Though lets give this a shot!

What is the exact STOP code?
Example;

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
*** Stop: 0x0000000A (0x020008B0, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x804E56E8)

I wouldn't know how to answer that unless I already knew the question, so simply ask the question and I'll be able to help further.
