Hello guys.
After a long period, I'm asking again your advice.
Today, I realize how nasty can be a DVD-RW.
I use a LG one, it is still baby, have one year.
Normaly, to burn a DVD, at 8x take a few minutes. Today it take... 50.
I use Nero, an old edition, and the speed it is jumpy: 87, 50, 4, 20 etc.
Normally, the speed until now was fluctuating between 90 and 97.
What Happened? Exist some tricks or I need to buy another DVD-RW?

PS: I google it about the problem, and discover some with DMA and Primary IDE Channel.
I have 2 Primary Channel, and 2 Secondary.
3 of them, are on DMA mode - if avaible.
One of it (the 2nd Primary IDE Channel have PIO mode). I switch on DMA, restart, and now appear DMA - if possible, but under it it is still PIO mode.

I don't want to delete something without your advice. Can you help me?
