Need help port forwarding

Well I need to forward port 43594 and I have tried every tutorial on the net. I have even tried the program Simple Port Forward to try and get it to do it... It still failed. If this helps I have a Linksys WRT150N router.

Help is very much appreciated!

For what reason do you want to port forward?
