I have a hpdv4 running windows 7 home; now i cannot print to my hp2840 all-in-one. I have downloaded the new universal driver but it does not work. Someone at compusa suggested upgrading to windows 7 professional and then i could run in XP mode to print to my printer. My printer is/was set up so I could print wirelessly. It it connected to a new wireless netgear N router. Even when I connect my hp laptop via USB I cannot print. I have a desktop computer running XP that still prints to the printer. I feel that it might be a windows 7 issue. I have talked to HP and they cant help.
