I was using my internet just fine the other day when I recieved a message that my computer was at risk, and boom. IE couldnt load the page, but my wireless was fully connected. I troubleshooted the problem, and it said "The remote device or resource wont accept this connection." I reset my firewalls and still have the same problem. I called dell, got this non-american who I couldnt even understand telling me I had to pay 129$ to fix the problem. Help?

When you received this message it normally says click here to scan your computer OR with some of these scams it automatically starts a scan, if your anti-virus is not good enough to prevent it.
Did either of these occur.
