TCPIP.SYS blue screen error

hi guys

i keep getting the blue screen of death in windows 7 and the one thing i notice is the file TCPIP.SYS

i have looked on other forums and posts and they ask for the dump files so i have provided them in a zip file. it does it randomly and its getting really annoying and my internet seems to be slower than usual. please help me

Edit: i downloaded bluescreen view which views the dump files (i saw it in another forum) and there is also a problem with SYMTDIV.SYS from previous bluescreen errors
