My computer shuts itself down and the only error message I can get is something like lsass.exe, I have run a virus scan, and it says things are clear, but there were quite a few files that it says can not open. But something is definitely wrong because it is slow a cold molasses. It took it about 5 minutes to come up and then when I try to open anything, it takes forever to open. I know it should not be acting this way. Is there anything you can tell me to help. Thanks PB
