My website www.UnderGroundSoles.com has somehow become infected with a trojan, that I believe was caused by someone hacking and placing code for an iframe.

I have no idea how to find where the virus is located or how to remove it. I am very novice with this stuff at best. I have already downloaded all of my websites' files to my computer and scanned them, finding nothing. Please help! This has been going on for 2 months now and my website is hurting severely because of it!

The exact message I get from my virus software is below:

exploit: HTML/IframeRef.gen {severe}

Category: Exploit

Description: This program is dangerous and exploits the computer on which it is run.

Recommendation: Remove this software immediately.

Microsoft Security Essentials detected programs that may compromise your privacy or damage your computer. You can still access the files that these programs use without removing them (not recommended). To access these files, select the 'Allow' action and click 'Apply actions'. If this option is not available, log on as administrator or ask the local administrator for help.
