Every time I boot up I get the new hardware wizard setup. I get system tray bubble about ethernet controller-- then, "Your hardware may not work properly". I am able to access the internet. This occurred when I attached a Lexmark printer. I totally removed that software. How can I stop this from happening? XP sp3

UPDATE: I just simply disabled ethernet controller in device manager.
