I've recently downloaded Intellexer Categorizer, and it is free to try. So you can gain benefit of using this software. It categorizes documents and helps to avoid information overload.

Can you give us some examples of the types of categories? (Long and short, old and new, pink and blue?)
For example sports or travelling...economics and so on..
