Hey!
Has anyone heard about some kind of soft, which helps to devide text documents into categories? Maybe someone has tried? Please, need it urgent! :)

I have a huge pile of documents, which have to be divided into categories. I tried to do in manually but it's a loss of time. i thought maybe there is some soft. Like there is lots of soft for summarizing texts... Maybe there is something for categorizing...

Can you give us some examples of the types of categories? (Long and short, old and new, pink and blue?) :)

You can arrange documents/files by any number of ways (size, type, name, etc) but they are usually based on file name.

I've recently downloaded Intellexer Categorizer, and it is free to try. So you can gain benefit of using this software. It categorizes documents and helps to avoid information overload.

I will think it over. Maybe I'll try it. Are you sure it would be of a help to me?
