Services not starting on bootup

I have a user's computer where her workstation service and her dhcp service will not start on bootup. Since these services will not start she is unable to access the internet or even shared drives. Anybody have an idea as to why these services will not start? I can manually start them and get it working and they are both set to Automatic. Thanks
