I am trying to remove a program called Ad Aware and every time I attempt to do so from the Control Panel, I am unsuccessful. I keep selecting the program to remove, and my computer refuses to remove it. It just acts as if I never clicked on the program to remove. Also, I am trying to download the Kapersky (?) Internet Security 2010 antivirus program; it keeps catching me when I try to download the installation, because it catches the Ad Aware program and tells me I must remove it before the Kapersky Internet program can install. I keep receiving this error that says "This application has failed to start because mia.lib was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this." Can anyone help? Thanks!
