I am having some major problems with my computer and i am not sure if it is a virus or not...
within 5 minutes of me starting computer, it gets stuck in the thinking stage and will not let me end the program or shut it down which causes me to have to do a hard shut off...happened once in safe mode....started 3 days ago...have had to do hard shut down at least 10x.
the only "clues" i can provide is that there is an error message that computer could not connect to all hard drives when i start. Also, that a few times when i reboot, there is some strange black screen that checks all files...it has blue screen on its own 2x.

please help.
