We're having so much problems with my sons computer. Is there any way to restore the pc to when we got it? The system restore only goes back so far and I need it back like a year ago. Any way to do this? There is nothing important on it, so it doesn't matter if he loses everything.. Please help us.. thanx guys :)

There is some kind of recovery thing on the puter.. i just have no idea how to go about this..

Try pressing the F10 key as the machine boots up.
