Can someone please tell me what this error means?

"An error occured while WIndows was synchronizing with time.windows.com. The time sample was rejected becuase: The peer's stratum is less then the host's stratum."

It's the Windows Time synchronizing online. Take a look at this site and see if that solves the problem.
