Hi
Im trying to find away of wipeing everything on the desktop computer so i can reinstall xp from the beginning for my mother so she can use internet without having everything that is installed on there from before. it is running xp anyway.but when i put the disk in to try and install again it comes up newer version installed and wont let me carry on. I dont know how because its the disk that was used to install computer origionally.Ive tried uninstalling everything from uninstall programmes.
Help.
I am not very good with computers so need idiot proof guide.
Please help me,or she wants to get rid of it.
