Can't open Windows games

I don't know why, all of a sudden, all the games that came with Windows 7 stopped working. I can't open any of the following games: chess titan, heart, solitaire, spider solitaire, free cell, purple palace, etc.

Is it a Windows related problem or a possible virus, and how can I play those games again?

nope, there is nothing, when I click it, the games just won't open. Like literally nothing happens.
