Greetings all! For reasons unknown to me our computer will no longer open up Internet Explorer so we have to use Mozilla. But as it turns out it seems that the Outlook express email might be connected with Internet Explorer and when my finacee tries to reply to her emails it does not go anywhere... in other words she cannot click on any links within her emails- nor can she reply to any emails either????

When you say IE does not open anymore do you mean that nothing opens or that you have a window opening but it will not connect to the Internet.

If it opens up but can't connect to the internet the first thing you should check is if by any chance you might have told IE to work offline. GO TO FILE and check if WORK OFFLINE is check or not. IE and Outlook Express are connected so if IE does not start Outlook will not either.

Which version of IE do you have?

It is probably not the reason but worth to check just in case.
