Virus and no internet

Hello I think that i have a malware virus i am unable to use the 32 -bit internet only the 64 one. So i am unable to download anything. I am not very familiar with computers so i was wondering if someone could help me so i can use the 32-bit internet again and be able to play games and everything else on the internet. Thanks and your advice is greatly appreciated!!
