Been asked to look at this computer. It has been behaving very slow, especially on opening firefox. It can work fine and then just grind to a halt. Its been like this for some time.

Also today have had outgoing email blocked by spamhauss. CBL delisted. Have checked with stinger and put on spyware blaster, but found nothing.

fssm32.exe was very high on memory usage. Have made highjacklist log. Please could someone tell me if have any virus, malware whatever on machine. Have done disk clean in safemode.

Thinking of formatting whole computer and going to Linux so fed up. Please help. May be know of a good site talking through how to do this
