PC Confidential invasion

Just like the title says, I have been infected with the PC Confidential crud. I have downloaded HiJackThis and when trying to post the log here, it states it is an outdated version and will not let me. I tried to download the OTL and all the links go nowhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated in getting this pc fixed. It is a Dell with a Windows 2000 os. This is the info from the beginning of the HiJackThis log file:

Platform: Windows 2000 SP4 (WinNT 5.00.2195)
MSIE: Internet Explorer v6.00 SP1 (6.00.2800.1106)
Boot mode: Normal
