How can I stop getting a W7 update?!

Every day Windows7 decides I need a security update for Office 2003, so it downloads the update and fails to install it since I don't have Office 2003. (I have Office 97 and a viewer for Wood 2003, but that's all). Then it does it again the next day.

How can I stop it from doing this?

Right click on it and click "Hide update".
