Hello, i really need u guys to help me. i have been trying to fix my laptop for over a week and still cant. i cannot pinpoint what the exact problem is but the comp i running really slowly when i try to do anything. i did several virus checks and found nothing (like each takes over an hour).

at first i thougth it was a hardware problem (like faulty hardrive) so i gave it to local technician and he assured me there is no problem with the hardware. but the comp is still running rly slowly. after that i did alienwarerespawn which basically takes the comp back to the factory settings. it was running okeyish for a few days and then the comp reutrned to its wooden comp status -_-

if any technician can help me it will be sooooooo helpful thx.
