Local Connection & Unidentified Network

I have windows vista wireless connection. I recently downloaded the windows update and now I can not access the internet. When I try to connect to my router it says local only and unidentified network. I have tried several things posted on the site but can not seem to find the solution. I have another computer that is able to access the internet and did not do the update so I know that the router is good. Attached is a screen shot of my ipconfig. Please help.
