HI all. Some how i got a malware and this thing is serious. I am not very computer Savy but i am a high 90s student so with some help i want to get rid of this. The thing is on another computer of mine. My labtop and it is giving me alot of trouble. I tried the steps on here to get rid of it by using a flashdrive to bring the downloaded files over to it. It would not let me open them saying you are infected blah blah blah and it wants me to download AV security or something like that. It will not let me open up the internet unless i go to that site. Please help and it will be much appreciated.

Hi Cody help me,

Welcome to Geeks To Go!

My name is mpascal, and I will be helping you fix your problem.

Before we begin, I would like to make a few things clear so that we can fix your problem as efficiently as possible:
  • Be sure to follow all my instructions carefully! If there is anything you don't understand, don't hesitate to ask.
  • Please do not do anything or perform other steps unless I have asked you to do so.
  • Please make sure you post all logs I ask you to, and make sure that the entire log gets posted.
  • Don't attach any logs unless asked. Posting them in the forums will make them easier to analyze.
  • If you are unsure of how to reply, or need help with anything regarding the website, please look here.
Would you like me to look at a few logs to make sure everything is gone?
