Windows 7 Taskbar problems

I pinned iTunes to my taskbar, but when I bring up iTunes. It doesn't open it up right over top of the pinned icon. It opens another beside it. It doesn't do this for IE or documents.

I attached a file showing that iTunes opens up another icon.

Have you tried to unpin the one that is not opened and try and pin the one that is open and see of it still does it. :)
