XP freezes

After two weeks of no issues, it started freezing up again. twice in 24 hours. I'll go and look for install CDs again and try running sfc.

It might be worth noting that the recent .net framework 4 update provided by MS breaks XP MCE 2005. Before you do a rebuild, I'd go to Control panel and uninstall it.

If you have already done a rebuild, I'd make sure it isn't on your computer and make sure MS updates doesn't download it.

You get all sorts of guide download errors, failure to tune and also the PC runs like a dog. Uninstalled, it is sweet.
