I really hope someone can help me get my pc up and running good very soon. I had a friend delete a lot of useless (usefull) information and files but since that has happened i have had nothing but a headache. When I get email and it has a click here to get to a specific site ect iI will click on it but the address bar goes empty and nothing happens at all. My Internet explorer has something to do with it all. When I go to my start program and click on my presario it say web page not available please try to refresh or check your internet settings???? I never touched setting so now I am very confused. Every now and then my whole screen turns blue and nothing happens at all. <_< ??? Anybody's help and a quick good fix would be very much appreciated A.S.A.P.

Thanks a Million

BB Thorton.

Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
