
Acer laptop not booting

I don't think much of your "computer specialist"!
Try pressing and holding down 'Alt + F10' together as soon as you turn on on the laptop (or it may be you need to do it straight after the Acer splash-screen has loaded). This should open the Acer Recovery program. It will restore the original Windows installation from a hidden partition on the hard disk (provided that partition is still intact).

i will try wat you said after i get the laptop back from the computer specialist
