Hello,

I have only gotten my feet wet in the overclocking realm, mostly because I want to do it right. I was hoping someone could help me out with finding the right settings to start adjusting to start a baseline from and begin walking from there to find a good stable point.

Specs:
MSI P45 Platinum HC Edition
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400
4x2GB G Skill PC6400 800Mhz
2x Diamond HD 5770's in CF
OCZ ModXStream 700W PSU
Corsair H50 CPU cooler

Thanks SRX, but ironically I had read those exact two articles. I simply cannot seem to be getting a FSB and voltage combination that is stable.

When overclocking it is best to use the highest quality memory possible. i have had even kingston and crucial memory flake out on overclocked computers.

Xoxide forums are pretty good use of some overclocking knowledge.
